You do not introduce AI into a system you do not know. Map intentions and perceptions, not only operations.

Do not look for perfection, look for friction. That is where AI enters as a lever, not as a substitute.

Do not feed AI on scraps: clean, structured, up-to-date data. Without quality ingredients, no model produces results.

Involve the teams not to ask their opinion but to give them power and responsibility in the redesign.

Do not repair what should be killed
Sometimes AI is not the answer: some processes should be allowed to die rather than automated. Use AI where it transforms, not where it complicates.

AI needs open doors: interoperability, accessibility, fluidity. An isolated AI is a voice switched off; an integrated AI grows with people.
