01 · Decisions
Who is really deciding?
Choose a decision for which you are using AI. Write down your criteria before asking for an answer. Compare two alternatives and name the person who can reject the system’s proposal.
- Name the decision and what you do not want to delegate.
- Ask for two alternatives, their limits and missing information.
- Record what you choose and why.
Keep: a short record of criteria, alternatives and final responsibility.

02 · Teams
Does the same answer mean the same thing to everyone?
Bring the group an AI answer already used at work. Each person separately notes what they accept, contest and find missing. Compare these readings before rewriting the text.
- Choose an answer and its context of use.
- Compare points of agreement and friction.
- Define a shared rule and when to stop.
Keep: a rule you can test and one open question.
03 · Voice and meaning
It is correct. But does it sound like you?
Choose an AI text and a text you recognise as yours. Compare concrete passages, interchangeable words and what you would not want to lose.
- Write who you are speaking to and what you want them to understand.
- Mark where the text is generic or moves away from your intention.
- Rewrite one paragraph and ask a person what reaches them.
Keep: three criteria for recognising your voice and one rewritten paragraph.
