Ritual archetypes

What we can co-design with you

Six areas of work covering decisions, organisational culture and communication. We choose a starting point from your situation and define the path together.

A starting point for SMEs

The process works on paper. What happens in practice?

When you introduce AI or an experienced colleague leaves, procedures tell only part of the story. We examine decisions, exceptions and trust: the tacit knowledge supporting your organisation and the habits that may hold it back.

Starting with a bounded process, we can map what is worth delegating, the capabilities to preserve and who retains responsibility. Scope, participants, timing and deliverables are agreed before the work begins.

From the book to your work

What the procedure leaves out

In AI Confidential, Mario knows exceptions the formal process does not record. This scene offers a starting question for a team: what does an experienced person recognise that a procedure misses? The book also proposes four anchors for trust: transparency, auditability, controllability and reversibility.

We can use these questions to examine a real activity and agree when AI supports judgement, when a person must intervene and how to reconsider a decision.
