How long does it take to see the first results?
Weeks for awareness, 3–6 months for settled adoption, years for deep cultural transformation. But we do not accompany you for years: we prepare you to carry on by yourselves.
How much time does it take on your side?
It depends on the ground, on the culture, on how many people are involved. Above all on commitment.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. A small firm with 20 motivated people interests us more than a multinational looking for compliance.
Are you strategy consultants or creatives?
We are cultural consultants. We use creativity as an instrument of strategy, and the other way round.
Isn’t AI a fashion that will pass?
Generative AI perhaps; artificial intelligences no. We are preparing for a world of augmented, distributed, hybrid intelligence.
What if our own people are not ready?
They rarely are at the start. Not because they don’t understand, but because the right language is missing.
What is the point of having my people work on AI?
To stop them merely being subjected to it. It is not about learning prompts, but about learning to think with other models.
