2. Types of data processed
The contact links open your email application or WhatsApp: the website does not send the message. If you write, the contact details and information you choose to include are received in order to answer your request. There is no registration form.
The operation of the website and its hosting services involves processing technical browsing data, including IP address, browser, requested resources and access time, for service delivery, maintenance and security. An IP address is not described here as anonymous data. See the Cookie policy for cookies and external services.
3. Purposes of processing
To answer requests sent by email or WhatsApp; manage any resulting professional or contractual relationships; comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations; and keep the website secure and functioning correctly.
4. Legal bases
The legal bases are consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (point b), legal obligations (point c), and the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational (point f).
5. Processing and retention
Data is processed electronically, with appropriate security measures, by Bernardo Lecci as the sole controller. Data received by email or WhatsApp is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, where a contractual relationship follows, for the periods required by tax and civil law (normally ten years).
6. Disclosure and transfers
Data may be disclosed to service providers supporting these activities (hosting, email, tax and legal advice), appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR. Data is not made public. Any transfers outside the EU take place only to countries providing an adequate level of protection or under standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@liminalstudio.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
